Staging the Estate Sale

Our process starts with a thorough one-week setup, during which we familiarize ourselves with your home’s layout and rearrange furniture to optimize the flow of buyer traffic. We bring in everything needed, including folding tables, tablecloths, a cash register, jewelry display cases, and other essential equipment to transform your home into a successful 2- or 3-day estate sale event.

Costs & Accounting

We work on a flat fee basis that is paid at the conclusion of the sale and is deducted from the estate sale proceeds, so there are never any out-of-pocket or upfront expenses.

Once the estate sale is complete, we will send your proceeds check within 3 days, along with a statement of services, a list of donated items and a charitable donation receipt.
