Call us to schedule your free in-home consultation. We will come to your home to evaluate the items you wish to liquidate and discuss your goals, timelines, and needs. By the end of our meeting together, we will know exactly the best plan of action needed to reach your desired outcome.

How We Can Help

In addition to our estate sale services, we also offer real estate services if you are planning to sell your home too. The majority of our clients utilize both because we can handle everything from start to finish. Many of our clients are executors or trustees and live out of state, so they are relieved to know that there is one company taking care of the home and its contents. Combining our services also gives us the flexibility to offer discounts and additional benefits that surpass what other estate sale companies and agents are able to offer.

Sign Contract

Before estate sale preparations can begin, we will go over the contract with you to answer any questions you may have. We pride ourselves on working each new estate sale with integrity, and compassion. Our contract lays out our process and fee in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.

Staging the Estate Sale

Most estate sales require a minimum of one week to properly set up. We start by getting to know the general layout of the house and rearranging furniture to better accommodate the expected buyer traffic flow. We will clearly mark steps or other hazards, block off dangerous or off-limit areas to protect shoppers. We bring in folding tables, table clothes, cash register, jewelry display cases, and any equipment needed to turn your sale into a showcase of treasures. We then clean, organize, sort and stage items to maximize appeal and simplify the shopping experience. 

Photographing & Advertising Merchandise

Our goal is to provide a welcoming & fun shopping experience that engages our buyers while maximizing the estate sale proceeds for our clients. We begin by cleaning, displaying and photographing your items as soon as possible so that we can begin our online advertising campaigns. The more people we get to your estate sale, the more successful the outcome. 

We advertise extensively online, social media, email subscriber lists and by placing highly visible directional street signs in your neighborhood.

Pricing & Research to Maximize Sales

The items in your home will be priced at an amount that is both fair for you, and fair and attractive for our shoppers. 

Our experience and knowledge with fair market values allows us to price your items at the best price it is likely to sell for.


The ultimate goal of an estate sale is to sell as much as we can during a 2-4 day period. 


The more money you make, the more we make. It's that simple.  

Estate Sale Event

The majority of our estate sales run Thursday-Saturday (3 Days)  

The total number of days we host your estate sale is increased or decreased based on the size of your home and the quantity of items that need to be sold.  Our estate sales are well organized, well attended, and get great results!


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple-Pay and Android-Pay at all of our estate sales.

Clean Out & Donation

The disbursement of unsold items at the conclusion of the estate sale is entirely up to you. The items are still yours, so you may choose to keep them or have us remove them from the home. We are able to donate most unsold items on your behalf, although there are some stipulations as to what can and cannot be donated to charity. We can discuss this with you in more detail during your no-cost consultation.

Costs & Accounting

We work on a commission basis that is paid at the conclusion of the sale and is deducted from the estate sale proceeds, so there are never any out-of-pocket or upfront expenses.  


Once the estate sale is complete, we will send your proceeds check within 3 days, along with a statement of services, a list of donated items and a charitable donation receipt.
