We work on a flat fee basis that is paid at the conclusion of the sale and is deducted from the estate sale proceeds, so there are never any out-of-pocket or upfront expenses.
Once the estate sale is complete, we will send your proceeds check within 3 days, along with a statement of services, a list of donated items and a charitable donation receipt.
